在與外商談判時，如果你有不同意見，你最好就要直接的說出來，比如，表示無法贊同對方的意見時，可以說：

(坦白地說，我是無法同意你的提案。)
frankly, we can’t agree with your proposal.
如果是拒絕，可以說：
